TradecraftNA is proud to offer three main services to help eliminate espionage from your
list of concerns. The Threat Analysis gauges your level of vulnerability to a potential
electronic attack. The Physical Security Analysis is used to evaluate the weak points in the
actual facility. Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) is used to locate the
installed threat.
Threat Analysis - This is the first service that should be used if the fear of espionage is
growing. TradecraftNA will meet with a company representative and evaluate the threat
level. At the same time, TradecraftNA will take notes on high priority areas as well as
weak points. Upon completing the Threat Analysis, TradecraftNA will suggest the next
steps to take. The steps could include a Physical Security Analysis, TSCM sweep or both.
Physical Security Analysis - This service will provide a synopsis of all the physical security
measures taken to prevent unwanted entry into the actual facility. TradecraftNA will first list
then evaluate each and every tool implemented. Every aspect of security from CCTV to
Written Security Policies will be scrutinized and rated. At the completion of the Physical
Security Analysis, suggestions for upgrades will be given as well as reasons for concern.
As an additional requested service to some clients, TradecraftNA will deploy a special team
to test physical security strength by attempting to breach implemented security measures.
Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) - If the Threat Analysis proves a high
vulnerability to espionage, TSCM sweeps are needed to eliminate the threat. TradecraftNA
will break down the facility into sections by priority. High Priority areas (boardrooms, CEO’s
office, internal trading floor) will be checked multiple times with electronic inspection as well
as a thorough physical inspection. A full report of the areas serviced will be submitted for
review. The report will include pictures of items found, suggestions for safety violations
found as well as a final recap of the whole sweep. For more specific information regarding
our services, please feel free to call or email us for a free consultation. In the event that you
feel your phone lines, vehicle or computer may be compromised, use an outside telephone
line to contact us.
